- What do you mean by 'no commitment'?
We don't require you to sign a contract or commit to a certain amount of time. You can cancel your subscription at any time.
- Do you offer a free trial?
Yes! Every subscription comes with a free 14-day trial so you can try AdjustCRM risk-free before committing.
- How does per-seat pricing work?
You pay per adjuster on your team. Monthly is $65/adjuster/month. Annual billing saves 25% at $49/adjuster/month ($588/year). All features are included for every seat.
- Can I add or remove adjusters?
Yes. You can add or remove adjusters at any time from your billing page. When you add a seat, you are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing period.
- Can I pause my subscription?
Yes. If you need a break, you can pause your subscription from the billing page and choose a date to resume. Your data is preserved while paused.
- How do I cancel?
You can cancel anytime from your billing page. Click "Manage Billing" to access the Stripe customer portal where you can cancel, pause, or update your payment method.
